To transfer a deceased account’s money, contact your nearest customer care with an application to bKash mentioning deceased bKash account number and photo ID number of the deceased and the nominee, death certificate of the deceased (If no nominee was previously registered, along with the inheritance certificate obtained from the court) and a photocopy of the nominee's photo ID.
Generally, within 10 working days the money will be successfully transferred to your bKash account. The deceased person's bKash account will be permanently closed within 2 working days after the money is transferred.
For Student Account:
To transfer money from a deceased person's student account, the original copy of the death certificate of the deceased, the original copy of the birth certificate used for account registration, and the guardian whose bKash account was used during the student account registration must visit the nearest Customer Care Center with their original National ID card.
