You can cancel the subscription service yourself by following the steps below from your bKash App.
- Select 'Subscriptions' in Make Payment option or on the homepage of the bKash App, go to 'More Services' and select 'Subscriptions' or type 'Subscription' in the search option or go to 'My bKash' section and select Subscription service.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel and select “Manage”.
- Then select “Cancel subscription” and enter your bKash account PIN to cancel the subscription.
You can also cancel the subscription-based service through bKash Customer Care representative if you wish.
