You can check your transaction details and transaction summary for the last 90 days by tapping on 'Statement' option from the bKash app menu. For a summarized statement, you can request a maximum of 12 months of statement within the last 12 months.

For a detailed statement, you can request a maximum of 6 months of statements within the last 12 months.

For statements for any period outside this period, please contact a Customer Service Executive directly by tapping 'Live Chat' button with your photo ID and recent outgoing transaction details.
