Set your bKash PIN within 72 hours of receiving the bKash account registration confirmation SMS. To set your PIN through the app, follow these steps:
- Tap on the 'Set PIN' in the App
- Enter your registered bKash account number and go to the next step
- Tap on Allow option so that the verification code received through SMS is automatically set (in case of Android devices)
- Go to the next step
- Enter a 5-digit PIN number of your choice
- Confirm with the PIN number again
Also, follow these steps to set your PIN by dialing *247#:
- Dial *247# and go to the bKash mobile menu
- Select “Activate Mobile Menu”
- Enter a 5-digit PIN number of your choice for your bKash account
- Confirm with the PIN number again
When setting your PIN, use a random 5-digit number that doesn't start with zero (0).
