Reactivate Temporarily Closed Account

To reactivate the closed account at your request, call 16247 from your bKash Account number:
- Select language (select 1 for Bangla and 2 for English)
- Select 3 to reactivate a temporarily closed account or temporarily close the account
- Select 1 to reactivate a temporarily closed account
- Type your NID Card number and enter #
- As per IVR instructions, except mobile recharge select the correct outgoing transaction type from your account in the last 30 days and type the correct transaction amount and press #
- If there is no outgoing transaction from your account in the last 30 days, select 6
- If the information you have provided is correct, your bKash account will be reactivated.
